MACBAIN PROPERTIES LTD - SANJEL CORPORATION DARIN MACDONALD - DON MACDONALD BIG COMPANIES RIPPED OFF COMPANIES FROM NOT PAYING THERE BILLS! Internet, Alberta

After several years of litigation we are pleased to announce the parties have settled the matter this story pertains to. As this matter has been before the courts we were not at liberty to respond to the allegation outlined in the story until now.

The facts of the matter are simple, MacBain Properties contracted with Dancor Structures to construct a building which MacBain would have leased to Sanjel Corporation.  Sanjel has never been anything more than a Tenant in this matter and were unfairly attached to the original story.

MacBain Paid Dancor the first progress payment on the project June 25 2008 and allegedly, Dancor did not advance any payments to the sub-trades under contract to Dancor. MacBain terminated the contract with Dancor when the first sub-trade lien was filed against the building.

On Friday January 18, 2013 all parties agreed to a full and final settlement.

The story which pertains to this rebuttal was allegedly written by a disgruntled sub-contractor to Dancor Structures. To be clear the only contract MacBain had in this matter was with Dancor Structures and no one else. The discontinuance of court proceedings were filed in Court of Queens Bench Edmonton Alberta Canada,  January 21, 2013 for public record.

The settlement MacBain Properties Ltd. has achieved is for 100% of it's obligation for all work completed on its site and have been paid in full through direct payments made to either Dancor structures or into court.

This matter is closed.

Macbain Properties Ltd. still has not come forward to settle there debt to many contractors for the new development of a camp in Northern Alberta. Darin Macdonald, which is the President of Macbain Properties, also the President of Sanjel has no scrupples to settle these outstanding accounts,as we see for now. I am sure that any Oil and Gas company would want to do business with a company like this, and I am sure that these postings will find there way in some form to notify all the majot oil and gas companies in Noth America. I am certain too that there business will drop drastically and be in the millions from lost revenue for there services that they preform, all because Macbain Properties Ltd. has not settled there debt. The old saying goes " what goes around" comes around! And it has already started!
