I Paid "Macey, Aleman & Searns / The Mortgage Law Group" the amount of $2,995 and haven't heard from them in weeks. I don't even know who my attorney is. All they did was ask me for a bunch of documents at first and that was the end of it. I want my money back. I just talked to the lender on 11/28/2011 and has not heard from them in over a month(10/26/2011). The bank (Chase Mortgage) said my loan is back on Foreclosure and I didn't even know about it. It's been almost 5 weeks since I talked to The Mortgage Law Group and NOTHING. I want my money back so I can find a place to live. After more than 90 days and $3000 , still nothing. You people out there take it from me, DON'T USE THE MORTGAGE LAW GROUP/ "Macey, Aleman & Searns / The Mortgage Law Group" .. It is not that some of us are ignorant, but when you're faced with desperation and need help and don't know where to turn for help, and something like this happens, It is unacceptable. Now we have no house and no money.

As of 11-8-2011 The Property Mgt. Company locked out all
employees from the office. Scottsdale is the only processing location
for the Firm that is modifying your loan. The files are locked in the
office and all employee's are laid off. Calls are being answered
(routed?)
I suggest you contact your Mortgage Companies directly to see exactly
where your file is within the process. If you have a scheduled
foreclosure maybe contact an Atty.
The upper Mgt. knew this was coming and did nothing to stop it.
