In April 2013, MacKinnon Design & Development Corp hired Pacific Partners Insulation to install insulation on a couple of homes. Pacific Partners performed all work they were required to do; however, MacKinnon Design has refused to pay any of the invoices for our work. The total amount due is $2,536.3 (plus interest that is accruing). Every time we called Kevin, he asked us to email him the invoices - this went on for several months without him making any effort to pay any of the amount due. Now, Kevin will not answer any of our phone calls any longer nor return any messages.
