They sold me a factory defect Mac G5 computer and when I saw it as soon as I opened the box, I asked them to exchange it.

They subjected me to series of empty promises and delays so the computer will still be in my possession after 30 days, their deadline for exchanges.

Worst of all, they accuse me of "Abusing" and damaging the computer. I was the victim already but still they are blaming me for all it's defects.
