I've been ordering multiple products from them and they have always failed to deliver on release date.  The products include Star Wars Destiny and Legend of the Five Rings.  I've been promised that measures would be made in regards to this matter; the results have been the same. I've lost so much money because of the late shipping!  Inexcusable!  No wonder why Asmodee/Fantasy Flight hates them!

I was able to talk to their representitive who was very open, honest, and understanding.  We are both disappointed with Asmodee/Fantasy Flight shipping and customer service.  From what I understand, they only have issues with Asmodee/Fantasy Flight.  Hopefully, there will be some resolve in this issue.
