I strongly advise anyone to stay far away from MadMuscles. This company engages in classic bait-and-switch tactics. They lure you in with promises of a free trial or a small one-time payment, but once they have your payment info, they start charging hidden recurring fees without proper disclosure or consent.
When I tried to contact customer support for a refund, they were completely unhelpful and refused to return the money, despite the deceptive way the charges were made. It’s clear this company has no interest in customer satisfaction, only in scamming people out of their money.
There are plenty of honest fitness programs out there — MadMuscles is NOT one of them. I regret ever giving them my information. Save yourself the headache and your money.
