Madhav Dutta Mintware Ventures Arti Lawania XFunnels promotion was misleading and the software did not function as promised.

Madhav Dutta and Arti Lawania play an active role in the company behind XFunnels, a Drag and Drop Funnel Builder that was first launched back in September of 2018 on the JVZoo Platform. When it was first launched, they were so confident in this being the Best in the Industry that they even went as far as backing it with a 6 month/180 Iron Clad Money Back Guarantee.

This product however, was in no way as they originally promoted it and was and still being developed. When originally promoted they were not fully transparent as to the actual stage of development the product we were receiving was in. Features and Benefits promoted were not readily available upon delivery, the software did not function as promised/promoted and it was no way ready for an Official Public Release.

The software application was still in its raw stages and definitely had Not gone through a rigorous quality assurance process where all major technical issues were identified and resolved. The original sales page and promotion was misleading and a far stretch from it’s actual development stage. Since the initial launch they have even changed their original guarantee to reflect one that is more protective of their poor and misleading product promotions and sales page. They have now limited their guarantee to technical issues only.

While I originally requested a Full Refund approximately 35 days after purchase and well within their guarantee period, no refund was ever processed. In fact, I requested a full refund twice within their guarantee period and told twice it was processed. On a third occasion I was told that they would make a direct transfer of funds to satisfy my refund request.

Many Follow up messages were sent with no response until approximately 5 days after the 6 month period had past when they told me to file a dispute with PayPal to get my money back. What company in good standing encourages their customers to file a dispute against them with PayPal?

It is my belief that Madhav Dutta and Arti Lawania knew full well what they were doing (stalling to put me outside the guarantee period) and had no intentions of standing by their guarantee.  Madhav Dutta and Arti Lawania are operating the company Mintware Ventures, the company behind XFunnels, under unethical business practices and misleading the public.

In addition, I was also been removed and blocked from a facebook group for paid members of the product.

I would Never do business with Madhav Dutta, Arti Lawania and/or Mintware Ventures. They operate under unethical business practices. Do Not honor their stated guarantees and promote products that are well outside the promoted development stage. It is my experience that they are misleading and dishonest to their customers.
