When I signed up for membership with $100.00, I made it clear that I would not want my credit card infomation to be used/or automatically charged for any payment again and I was assured. You will remember that I was charged again for about $199.0 which I contested and was refunded after I financially suffered for about 10 days and paid $35.0 to my bank for overdraft. I was re-assured it will not happen again. Then this recent one. Any way I have finally cancelled any membership or dealings I have with you, and I have been assured of refund, so it is well.

To claim that you are unaware of this deduction is hard to believe when you called in to cancel the reoccurring charge and we refunded the $19.95. Please refrain from posting anything but fact on a complaints website when there is clearly no complaint to make. As advised before, in correspondence, please email info@madisonwhoswho.com or call the same number you did to reverse the charge, 718-932-8011.
