The customer service is HORRIBLE from Madison Seating.  I requested to have my order cancelled while it was "in process".  The customer service representative said I could cancel my order but will have to pay a 5% order cancellation fee.  This was barried in the 1,567 word "terms and conditions" document, accessed by viewing link during the purchapse process. 

Below is the email chain that confirms the order was cancelled.

Below is  the email that states the chair has been shipped and I am to refuse delivery.  Now that I refuse delivery I will have to pay additional "Fees" as stated in the Terms and Conditions.  This company is a disaster!! They do not care about the customer or making the customer feel valued.   DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM! Unless you want to get into a mess and feel unapreciated and ripped off.....

Thank you for your email.

As previously stated, we attempted to have the chair pulled from shipment at the time of the cancellation request. Apparently, this could not be done in time. Your chair is currently in transit on schedule for delivery Tue 5/03/2016 by end of day.

If you no longer have a need for the chair, please refuse delivery so the package is returned to shipper.

WHAT A JOKE!!!!! I now have to waste time and money to deal with thier incompetencies and lack of custmer service.  First off, as a company, never send an email confirming the order was cancelled when it was not cancelled, second, call the customer or try to fix the issue instead of throwing a mistake made by the company back into the customers face.  Madison Seating lost my business for LIFE and I hope no one orders the Aeron Chair by Herman Miller from them or any other chairs.
