Magic Carpet Auto Transport Scammed and money never returned Florida

I am moving to a different state so I start looking online for shipping quotes on my car from various companies. This company wasn't the cheapest but I had seen good reviews so I decided to give it a try. I got I'm contact with "Kelly" an auto transport specialist or so she claims. And she called me and we set up a date for my car to be picked up and evetu thing went smoothly... Until no one showed up to pick up my car like she said they would.

Then I called and emailed her and no response whatsoever. Which is funny because she responded to all my other emails and calls until I told her I wanted my $100 I gave them to "reserve my spot". They charged my card right away and I never heard from them again. All I want is my refund but it's pretty clear they have no intentions of giving it to me and I'm sure they've done this to tons of people which is sickening.
