I renewed my magic jack last year and have not been pleased with the service this year. I was going to let it expire but the company initiated an unauthorized charge to update my service for an additional year when it expired. The web site did not have an option for automatic updates nor did it state that it would keep my debit card information on file. This company steals money from its customers stay away!!!
