I had numerous problems with calls cannot hear me or static or sound fading in and out. On line tecs would give me instructions to click on several control panel sites. Never had much improvement even with updates. Had same problem last week and more instructions, but this time I have lost all sound on my laptop. Cannot even get sound on DVDs. Control Panel Sounds and Speech cannot correct this. I blame magic Jack for screwing up my laptop sound and Windows cannot correct it.
