Magic Mesh Double-charged my order. NEVER given any confirmation no., total of order, etc. Called & was still charged the $19 shipping charge; cost over $10 to return pkg. Wallingford, Connecticut

Called and ordered Magic Mesh on 9/27/2011. Never given confirmation no., total of order, or anything at all. I even tried to cancel the order but could not. The automated voice kept trying over and over and over to upgrade the order or sell several other products. "No" was not an option. Didn't know what I'd been charged until I received my credit card. Was overcharged $45; called and was told only $30 credit would be given. I still had to pay the $19 for the 'other' order which I did not order. Arguing did not help. It cost me $10 to send it back with confirmation of return. Why is the company still in business?

How many Buy One, Get One Free sets would you like to order?

If, as I suspect, you ordered two SETS, you would have been billed $71.70 and received 4 (2) panel sets, just as the order information shows. one SET would have gotten you 2 (2)panel sets and cost $35.85. ($19.95 + $7.95 x 2 = $35.85.

The info from their website is exactly as it is written, I only added bolding and underline and NO I do NOT work for Magic Mesh.
