I ordered to Magic Tracks on Dec 6, and tried to cancel my order , they don't waranty was shipping on time, but every day , tried to cancel but any response , don't answer their phone either any emails, they shipping Late .

Their customer service is really poor, they don't want loose money, but they loose a customer service.

If they are in backorders, they accepted all cancelation and phone call from us, the customer!

I feel atracks from this company, in their website, don't have any location to refer, fax number and they don't answer a call!!
