Collected prepaid credit for international call. When I tried to call foreign country and I was advised to purchase more credit. Live chats with rep for over a month concerning this. They gave me the same replay and promise that my dispute will be resolved within 24 hours. I call them SO CALLED TOP 10% agents - LIARS.
