MagicJack LP/ MagiJack.com Deducted money without sending the product. West Palm Beach Florida

I ordered magicjack 23 days ago. To this date I haven't recieved the product. I have went to chat live three times already with site operators; in hopes of tracking the product,getting arefund,and then in hopes of cancelling to this date want do either. They have no tracking system for the order. I was told that it was shipped on March 3rd, 2008. That i need to wait. When ordered it was stated that it would take 4 to 10 days. It has been almost a month.

When I went to live chat the second time to let them know I still haven't recieved the product and that I wanted to cancel it, they stated that since they are querying it I cant cancel it, wait 24- 48 hours more and someone would get back to me none has. I was also told that the trial period began the day it depart the company which to their records was March3rd,2008. I tried chatting for the third time requesting a refund and or to cancel they said that I need to wait 24-48 more hours.

These people have wrong me and they need to be stopped. They would have me waiting for months and months to come. My trial period ends on April3rd, 2008. I feel I have been ripped off. This isn't right. I just want my full refund amount of 46.90 they took from me and to be assured they discarded my creditcard number.

Is there anything I can do to get my money back i dont have much as it is. I dont want to do future business with this company. This company lies and steals from vulneralbe people!
