We pride ourselves on conducting business in an honest and ethical fashion and this report is an obvious cause for concern. On the rare occasion that we happen to have any type of complaint or any signs of dissatisfaction, we immediately respond to address the concerns of our valued clients.

I would like to know specifically what would cause this particular individual to post such a report and why he or she feels that our system is not effective. We have thousands of very satisfied clients and our renewal rate is extremely high. Year in and year out, our clients continuously come back to us and that would obviously not be the case if we practiced business tactics that would have us featured on Rip-Off Report. All viewers of this report are encouraged to visit our website and read our testimonials that have been posted by our clients who are extremely pleased with both our system as well as our client service.

These are very serious claims by this unidentified individual and if they have such serious concerns, then why not post their name or at least the name of their business so that we can have someone contact them to address their concerns? If they truly are a nationwide company then one can safely conclude that they must have established some sort of credibility themselves.
