I made an order with magpaxxx.com on a Friday I did their option to pay via credit card which ultimately would lead them to have to contact me with a invoice and a way to pay I didn't expect to hear anything obviously over the weekend. So on Monday I tried to call their number which just went to a voicemail.

I then send multiple emails to the multiple email addresses that I could find one was to a female's named Stacy  stacy@magpaxxx.com and the other was to a orders@magpaxxx.com.

Monday came and went obviously with no email or contact from the website I only ordered from this website because I was trying to build my business and I was advised that I could get amazon.fba by selling brand new magazines so I made my purchase through this website to obtain a mystery bundle of magazines to then resell through Amazon FBA.

Sadly I'm realizing that this company just wants to get your address your email address and your personal info to then send you emails about their website that sadly does not even function because there is no customer service and when you order something through their website the way that I did with net terms which means that they will send me an invoice and I can pay for the item





but sadly I am in disbelief that the items even exist because anyone that would want to run a reputable business would have already contacted the purchaser especially since the purchaser is sent multiple emails about wanting to pay for the item and has tried to call to pay for said item. I understand that my order was not massively large but at the end of the day

I have always been taught treat every customer equally so I don't think that this is a situation where they are disregarding my order because of the fact that it is small I think that they disregard every order and just want your address in your email address to send tons of spam or sales ads. And when you're making an order that is $65 or more you kind of want to make that payment

so that the money is there when you made your purchase no one has the time or the money in this day and age to just have money sit waiting for a company that doesn't know how to run a company or customer service to want to accept said money if Ripoff Report could look into this it would be greatly appreciated as I am starting to feel that this company is a scam artist at its best at least they're good at something cuz they're obviously not the best at selling magazines

 I was advised to cancel the order and here's a copy of the email that I sent said company showing this I also included a picture screenshot of the website showing that they haven't done anything with my order and then it's been over a week: Cancel this order ORDER SF580222246 This order was made well over a week ago I have not received any correspondence or contact with anyone from your customer service or your company team I spoke with my financial advisor who also stated that due to the risky business practices of your company we no longer want to do business with you as of speaking to you this order is not even processed or been done or made any progress since it was made over a week ago so please just cancel the order since you do not run a reputable business my financial advisor also advised me to let you know that I do not give permission to you or any third-party companies to utilize or sell my email or my address cuz I have been receiving spam emails since I signed up for your website definitely not a coincidence so as of 5:28 p.m. on May 11th 2022 my order is to be canceled due to negligence of your company and I do not agree to have any correspondence or emails from yourself or any third-party Companies
