I ordered two (2) magazines January 12, 2007. After waiting the "4 to 6 weeks" and no magazine in my mailbox, and the other not being renewed, I began what turned out to be a fruitless web-pal correspondence!
Their every reply to my inquiry was a return email saying they'd get back to me ASAP.
Their "look up and cancel" option does not work.
They do not list a phone number nor do they tell you their address in New York.
Now it appears they've changed their name. The last email I received from them had a return email address of: My1Mag Support" .

I was soo angry I started investigating. The BBB of New York has had over 514 complaints about this company in the last 12 months. Yes, I added my complaint. I also contacted & placed a complaint with both the FTC (FTC.org) and the FBI (fraud.org). In regards to payment, I lucked out. My payment went thru Google Checkout. I contacted them and explained what had taken place asking them for a valid phone number & address (since they processed my payment I assumed they must have those details!). Google replied they would contact MagsForLess on my behalf. A month later they too had no success in getting a response - apologized and REFUNDED MY PAYMENT. Lucky me!!! So, today (7/5) I check out my email and what do I have....a message from "My1Mag Support" apologizing for the inconvenience (HA!!!). They've "personally" resubmitted my order and even put a rush on it. (HA!!!). I can expect to receive my magazine within the next 4-12 weeks. Stay Tuned!!!
