Purported to give magazines for unused Delta Airlines skymiles. I sent a request for about a dozen magazines. Allowed 6 to 12 weeks for delivery. At 14 weeks I started emails. They couldnt find my order. I offered to send them a scanned copy of the order or fax it to them. No response yet.

Just a few questions:

1. Did you mail in the order? Things get lost in the mail all the time. We couldn't process the order if it didn't get to us.

2. Did you send the offer in before the respond by date? If we did received the order but it was postmarked after the respond by date, the system wouldn't have excepted it. Things do expire.

3. When you spoke to the agent on the phone, did you ask what could be done? Such as ordering other magazines to replace the ones you didn't get? If you ask us, we will more that likely be able to do it, although not for the magazines you originally ordered as the offers change all the time. You also need to make sure that the airlines didn't expire your miles, if they did you have to have them reinstate them so we can fix the problem.

We are willing to work with our customer if they are willing to be patient. There may have been a problem with processing your order, for many reasons. If that was the case, we would have sent you a notice in the mail stating so (again things can get lost if you didn' receive it).
