Took my Avalanche in to be repaired for oil leak and transfer case and several other repairs. Truck came back with a worse oil leak and transfer case still not working properly. The broke driver side mirror and denied it. Took truck back 4 times - still has oil leak, transfer case not working, $15,000 later.
Put in a throttle body and came back with cruise control not working. Sold me parts that weren't needed and didn't fix anything I took it in for. Reached out to managers of service department and they couldn't even be bothered to return calls.
DO Not do business with this company!!!! I have also heard from other people about being ripped off by this repair dealer.
Had to go to another dealer for all repairs.

That dealer is the LIEN HOLDER and as such, was notified of the impounding. The vehicle is security for the loan. You bet he’s going to pick it up to avoid theft, damage and storage charges. This is STANDARD PROCEDURE for ANY financed vehicle! You can stop your childish whining about an illegal Repo because you haven’t the slightest clue what you’re talking about!
