Jim is the head of this "Maid 2 Kleen" business. They use basic maids to do their work for him. He assured me the cost of the cleaning. However, on TWO occassions, he asked for more money than was quoted. He also texted multiple times to charge my credit card...and kept doing it. Very unprofessional manner. I would never hire them again due to this "head" man's duties. I've read the other two reports on this business. It seems absolutely TRUE! STAY AWAY!
