This Business Is the WORST I have ever seen..... They Lied to me about the Financing and took my Down Payment ($2000) and told me 2 weeks later that i needed to come up with $1500 more money or to bring the car back. So i said ok i cannot come up with additional $1500 (totaling $3500) So ill bring the car back.. Michael Perri said that he cant refund me my money . He said that i had put miles on the car and i asked him where my Trade in was (2004 BMW 330i) he told me it was at an auto auction so i said i need it back ASAP... It took them 2 weeks to get my car back and i had to rent one and he's talking about miles being put on his car They put over 2500 MILES ON MINE !!!I mean Come on I know that my credit is not the best but I'm already getting screwed over by the bank thats financing the loan then have to watch out for Crooks like these..  I am filling a Lawsuit Anyone thats been taken advantage of Please contact the state Attorney Generals Office I think if enough of us get Heard They will shut this Con-artist down.

FRAUD ON FEDERAL AND STATE LEVEL

I can tell you that Michael J. Perri has a new business name and location. its located between Crismon and 102nd street heading eastbound on apache trail on the right side of the treet.  Hes in the building that use to be a swinger/nudist club.

They are oportunists that prey on people.  And they are keeping it all in the family by employing their two sons and learning from their father.  I totally believe these women.  I was hired last thursday to work in the office starting this past Friday. I was let go this morning because I wasn't learning fast enough in his opinion.  My first day I was only allowed to answer phones. My 2nd day his wife came in to train me.  One of the things she repeated over and over was tell the customer to read the paperwork that all down payments are non refundable.  I asked what if the customer doesnt get the financing needed do they still keep the down payment or do they then do in house financing.  ?  She said that was Michaels decission.   So if you didnt read the fine print it was there in black and white.  Thats probably how they are getting away with stealing your money. 

But thats not all they are doing.  Upon being hired he told me I would be 1099 and on probation for a week to see if it was a fit. I agreed but I'm in no position to say no to a job because April 9,, 2018 my home (5th Wheel) went up in flames burning to the ground and everything lost.  All due to the neighbors neglegence and catching their 5th wheel on fire and it spreading to mine and they had no insurance and i didnt have enough insurance.  I escaped in only a towel. I lost my job and my home.  I'm now living out of my storage unit and by the good graces of friends. 

Getting back to Michael.  Day 3 was spent running errands and cleaning and jumping a car that had a dead battery on the lot.  Day 4 i was able to get a little practice pulling a credit report and entering a prospect customer.  at 11:30am I was sent on my Harley to Toleson to pick up a title he needed from the auction.  He couldn't send me in a car on the lot because the other dealer plate has been lost.  He gave me 3.00 for gas.  I told him I had no gas and needed to get some.  At the gas station i checked my oil it was low.  I texted him telling him i needed oil and got no response.  He knew I had no money.  I ran up the street to get oil from a friend but because my bike is air cooled and it was 104 by that time I had to wait 15 minutes to put the oil in.  Then i took off and road straight to toleson and back. 

Stopping on side of freeway to drink water due to outside temps.  When i returned he was upset it took so long.  When I walked in I was beat red and overheated.  He made such a deal out of the time it took that I did not take a lunch.  Later on a customer came in and Michael had me pull his credit and enter him into system.  It was all done correctly other than missing one entry his rent payment.  and I put his cell where it wanted the cell number entered but turns out it must go in the place that wanted home number.  Considering I only had 3 real hours of training and nothing to PRACTICE ON BECAUSE OF NO CUSTOMERS OR SALES I learn pretty fast.  And I should be a fast learner considering I have a genius iq and attended Purdue over 30 years ago.  But not in his opinion.  He told me first thing this morning at 9am that it wasn't going to work that I wasnt picking it up fast enough. 

My first thought was oh thank you I dont have to keep working for this disrespectful, overbearing, thinks he knows it all, condesending, controlling, egotistical, chauvinistic little man.  He told me my pay would be ready on Monday.  At that moment I could feel the tears wanting to escape my eyes.  Doing my best to hold it in I told him I needed my pay immediately explaining my situation.  All he said was I dont know what to say and told me to sign my timesheet and he would see me Monday.  I got my stuff and left.  On the way to a friends I ran out of gas.  Gas that I ran out of my bike running almost 100 miles for him the day before. I sat on the side of the road and cried.  My friend rescued me thank god.  We got to her place so I could use her computer and find another job and as I sat there realizing this man is probably not going to pay me and he definately was not going to pay me mileage and would more than likely get away with it since he only has family as employees.

For 3 days he called me by the name of Trina not my given name of Tina or called me honey or sweetie.  So I decided to send him a text and an email stating employment laws and definitions of an employee and a sub contractor.  I requested that he have my pay owed to me ready within 72 hours which will be 10am Saturday morning.  He's breaking all kinds of employment laws and sexual harrassment laws.  He has no employment posters hanging explaing wages, harrassment, whistle blowers ect. He never had me fill out any type of employment paperwork.   Hes paying no employee taxes and I'm sure he has no disability insurance no business license, or liability insurance or enployee beniffits or pays into unemployment because he 1099's anyone he does hire and probably does what hes doing to me to every other employee hes hired. So he's committing fraud against the state of Arizona and on the federal level.  Someone has to stop this travesty.   I just want my pay 32 hrs @ $11.00 per hour ($352.00) and .545 cents per mile (90) ($49.05) using my vehicle for his business yesterday. Total owed to me $401.95

And I want to catch a break for once and be hired by a decent company and decent wage so I can rebuild my life.  And this family and company made to do what is right. Or close them down for good.

Obviously the person posing as an investigator and attempting to demean "angry mother" is either an employee or owner of the business.  My daughter purchased a vehicle from 310 e Main St Mesa - and the business -up to August 2016 was known as 'Truck n Auto Depot'.  

The originial complaintant was probably correct in her accusations written in 2013.  My daughter purchased a vehicle in 2016 and the business / general manager /wife did the same thing to her.  I advised her that she should check all information on the business before handing over money.  My daughter checked their current /recent business name. My daughter should have googled Michael Perri and his wife Rosallyn Thompson Perri instead.  

There are over a dozen complaints -with various business names- as the 'business' is moved or renamed constantly.  

Then we later found information on the couple when they owned a suzuki store and was sued by the state of Arizona.  The business was supposed to return money to vendors per the suit and again also did not pay the vendors.

My daughter began search for an attorney and the business mysteriously closed down recently( approximately September 2016 maybe).  My daughter is out $1800.00 but i can advise that most of the comments that i read online about this couple is true because over the course of the time my daughter was their customer they did the same to her. 

Why isnt the state of Arizona holding these two responsible instead of allowing them to regroup and reopen to scheister other customers... remember google the business owners and not just the business name.  

I think a new owner is at the 310 e mesa dr mesa location but i am not sure - could be them again.

 I talked to Mike the owner of the dealership.  He asked me one serious question after talking to him for over an hour. He says how can I help a customer who refuses to post their real name? From talking to the dealership's owner's name is Mike he wants to know what he can do to help you resolve your issues.

That's the problem with a lot of people that want to complain, They never want to post their real names so people can get in contact with him and resolve their troubles.  I personally am willing to work with the owner of that dealership is name is Mike and work with you and help resolve the issues.  You need to stand up and post your name your full name so he can find out what troubles you're having and help you resolve them.  he and I were on the phone for over an hour today.

Who Am is not important but the fact that the owner of the dealership wants to hear from you and try to help you with your troubles is very important to you and him as well. So if you've posted a legitimate complaint you need to go back and update your report and put your name on this report telling everybody that you are seeking the owner of the dealerships help but I am not going to do anything to try to help you resolve your issues if you're unwilling to post your name.

If the consumer has troubles with any business or any other person they need to be willing to state their claim and post the real name otherwise their troubles will continue.  And when you register with the website to post a complaint or comment be willing to post your phone number so people can contact you from ripoffreport.com to help you with your issues.

If you're unwilling to post your name will list your phone number when you register that means people are not going to take it very seriously.
