Given the documentation I have seen Elizabeth Hardink, LSW is substantiated child abuser. She's what we call a "bible beater" and she is abusing children and families. There is a concern she is being "Paid" by a convicted domestic abuser who committed multiple acts of pedophilia. It's "Highly Likely" she is being paid to protect him and teach him how to manipulate the system. Elizabeth Hardink's exact words were; 'Why are you giving Brian a hard time? He is my friend' - Elizabeth Hardink, LSW. This was over a scheduling dispute. The Convicted domestic abuser put in a XX Porn tape for the children to watch and made statements that they should learn falacio, children under 5 usually won't remember sexual abuse, and most children are sexually abused before the age of 2 so it's normal. The convicted domestic abuser also dropped children off on multiple occasions with broken bones, and one time dropped one child off at school with cigarette burns all over the child. The child could not sit down and cried and cried. It was also later learned he was jacking the kids up on coffee and energy drinks.. Something he says he learned from his connection with DHHS. (?Elizbeth Hardink, LSW). The children were drawing pictures of him putting his hands in his pants playing with himself in front of the children, and once made a horrific sexual derogatory comment about one child at an IEP meeting. Then both Elizabeth Hardink, LSW and Brian colluded and threatened and have been blackmailing the mother. Even teaching the children to come home and video tape the mom, start and provoke arguments intentionally and were told to record.. This is because Elizbeth Hardink, LSW found out she was being recorded during her Paid?? Corrupt Fake Case and she is caught. She extremely angry and has anger management issues. She want's revenge and did everything she could to drive a wedge between the mother and her children. She is also "Debasing" and using implanting false memory techniques that are disgusting. She is a child predator and protects pedophilia.

I would like to also add: The judge "FINED" my convicted DV ex for parent alienation and disparagement. It was horrific and disgusting. He was going into psychotic episodes screaming at the child repeatedly saying your mother is a "f.. C..." and worse. It wasn't just once it was multiple occurrences. to a little child that started crying. Years earlier he threw a 4 year old across a 14 foot room (air time) the child hit the wall and I was so scared and tried to stop it I thought he'd brake the child's neck, the child hit their head and body on the wall then fell to the floor. Then he tried to stop me from stopping him, told me to leave our child their and that I was "babying the child"!! Elizabeth Hardink is working in collusion with that. FYI: He admitted to a GAL that he put in a xx rated porn tape for the children to watch and the GAL threatened me not to say anything or I could loose my children. $$$$$ When we were married he showed my his father's safe and that they keep around 20-30 K cash in it in case anyone in the family gets into trouble. $$$$$ Is Elizabeth Hardink on his Payroll??? There is also two other social workers on his FB page protecting him. I will be exposing them as well. Sick twisted, filthy social workers.

Elizabeth Hardink, LSW stole mine and my children's Medical Records with fake forged Medical Releases from sebasticook valley hospital. She violated my children!!!  

2k Reward for the return of our medical records. I have called DHHS many times and they refuse to respond, they refuse to answer their phones, and refuse to call back and answer for the stolen medical records. 

I feel for you and the children involved. Maine's DHHS, CPS in general, have gone INSANE with power! THey steal children from their safe, healthy homes using LIES because they literally SELL them to foster parents. Laugh if you will but it is TRUE! They receive federal grants for placing children into foster homes which, it seems to me and MANY others, including some officials such as Dr's and State Police, that this is giving them incentives to remove children from warm, loving homes and place them with virtual strangers, all for profit!!!!

I have seent this evil system at work myself when they STOLE my grandbabies from the safe, loving home that they had been in for the past FOUR YEARS, stating that it was now, magically, "unsafe" for my grandbabies!! All because I am a recovering drug addict, yes, I admit it and i am PROUD of how far I have come, who has been clean for over 10 years and the wrong person got ahold of this info and made false claims of drug sales from my home!!

This, of course, was eaten right up by Hancock County's DHHS' CP workers, all because my husband and I completely own our home outtight, no mortgage, so, of course, we must deal drugs! Well, my husband is a retired/disabled lobster fisherman who made lots of money while he was self employed but, not only that, had received a rather sizeable workman's comp settlement before he became a fisherman that paid for our home and we have legal dicumentation but do you think they would listen or cared? HELL NO!!

They had made a prejudgement that we are terrible people because of my past and they will NOT let it go! So, anyway, they took my grandbabies because my son and his wife had hard times, lost their home, and had to move in with us. They had lived there, with DHHS knowing and approving, for FOUR YEARS with zero troubles. One false rumor started flying and that ALL ENDED And they took my grandbabies because they had no "safe place to live" with them. My son had income tax returns coming, literally, any day and was getting a rent Did NOT matter.

They went to court, LIED, and convinced the judge (one that works for the state and his job is to sign their paperwork) that then chidren were not safe and STOLE our babies from us!!! NO signs of abuse. NO signs of neglect (other then their made up lies of a soiled outfit that the baby was wearing during a CPS visit that she had, LITERALLY JUST THROWN UP ON MINUTES PRIOR TO HER ARRIVAL!!) and STOLE the children from us. It has been 14 days, FOURTEEN DAYS, and those babies have not seen parents or any member of the fasmily DESPITE repeated calls and requests by both parents and myself for visits! Those poor children!!

WHAT must they think? They are 4 and 3 and 1 month old so the older ones KNOW that Mommy, Daddy, MiMi, and PaPa (the people they have known and loved and who has loved them their ENTIRE LIVES) are NOT THERE!! I can't eat. I can't sleep. ALL I think about is those poor kids and what they must be thinking!! I am a devastated WRECK!!!!! There MUSTR be someone who can make DHHS conform to their own rules and regulations?!?!?!?!?!!! There has to be some legal way for us to get our babies back because they lied and STOLE them from us?!?!?!?!?!?!!! If anyone knows of anyone or anything that can help? We love and miss those kids so much and they have WRONGFULLY torn apart a loving (totally dedicated to the health and needs of those kids') family who does NOT deserve this!!!!!!

Elizabeth Hardink, LSW, has a history of adding false abuse reports to the State System as anonymous and anonymous medical provider. She is impersonating Licensed Medical Doctors so she can open false cases on parents, sabotage parents, and steal their children. 

Elizabeth Hardink, LSW is also tampering with legal documents, forged and tampered Medical Record Releases. She stole mine and my children's medical records from Sebasticook Valley Hospital. I have notarized copy of exactly what they gave her in accordance with the Fake releases. I also have a letter from the Hospital Attorney about what she did.

I am an auditor that I believe qualifies in court and I would be willing to testify about her.

She is also coaching medical doctors to make false reports, sabotage, and set parents up. She terrorized my children and asked them inappropriate questions like, who do you love more, your mommy or your daddy? You have to pick one!!!

Get this, Elizabeth Hardink, LSW Augusta Maine Branch says that because my children missed one day of school for a necessary doctor’s appointment, missed school per state statue, and school policy because they were sick and needed treatment = "TRUANCY" according to Elizabeth Hardink, LSW. One Day!! She also tried to diagnose me with a mental health issue when I was fighting for my life with LYME and Babesiosis infections and in need of emergency surgery and antibiotics. I learned my children were being misdiagnosed as well. She hated that I recorded her. 

Why does Elizabeth Hardink, LSW hurt children? She is a child predator.

She is out of control, reckless, and abuser, evil, hostile, a domestic abuser, a dissident, psychotic, and possible schizo. She fantasies false abuse of children, then embellishes in those fantasies like a sycophant.   

There are people working in the State Child Protective System trying to stop her from taking children. Yes, she has taken children from safe homes and put them in abusive foster homes and causes them Neurological Brain Damage.

Her supervisor’s lover her, because she is willing to commit crimes to produce children for federal funds.

Social Workers who do this in other states go to Jail. Elizabeth Hardink, LSW should be in Jail. 

You must record everything. She called me on the phone 4 times in a 20 minute period and then kept hanging up. She also called me extremely angry because she is friends with my convicted domestic abuser ex-husband and wanted to know why I was giving him a “hard time” and that he is her friend.

My convicted domestic abuser ex husband has a really bad history, even dropped my son off at pre school years ago with cigarette burns all over his body, and she’s protecting him.

 Firstly you are suffering from typing laziness. The word is AND not "n". If you wish to get assistance in this matter having a well organized and cognizant argument gets you a lot further then laziness. Secondly, a report was made. PERIOD!!!! they CAN NOT and WILL NOT let an accusation of abuse go unanswered. So while YOU are upset having to deal with it, the REAL problem is someone has SAID they witnessesd abuse of some form. Once there is a report made then they MUST do everything in thier power to ensure the safety of the children. NOT having power is an issue. Which means you dont have a place to store food. Meaning that there is a chance the children are eating spoiled/bad food. Im not saying it is but excuses get you only so far and YOU have an excuse for EVERYTHING. And when there isnt an excuse YOU can give YOU fall back on shifting the blame to someone who YOU THINK has done you wrong. Those are all earmarks of a irresponsible and immature parent. Two more issues YOU will have to deal with in order to get your children back. YOU HAVE TO JUMP THROUGH THIER HOOPS IF YOU WANT YOUR KIDS BACK!!!!! Despite how badly YOU THINK this all is the REALITY is that it is ALL on YOUR shoulders. Its how YOU appear to others that has gotten a report against YOU. If you want your kids back you MUST play thier game and you will continue to play thier game for a few more years AFTER you get your kids back. Also PAY FOR A LAWYER!!!!! There are plenty of family law lawyers who do what is called PRO BONO, latin for "For Free". EVERY lawyer who practices MUST offer thier service for free every year. Start calling lawyers and see if there are any who will pro bono for you or will work with you on the amount you have to pay. I can tell you right now the MORE you fight all of this with just a court appointed lawyer the longer its going to take to get your kids back and YOU REALLY dont want them growing up in foster care until they are 18-24. Get a lawyer and fix YOUR home issues will get you much further towards getting your kids back. Or continue to fight the system, which IS stacked against you and face losing those kids because YOU dont think you should have to play thier game.
