I have not been paid for work done at the CVS store in Fargo North Dakota and it has been over 60 days and they don't return calls and we were to be paid in 30 days . All paper work was faxed to them and mailed a number of times now so they don't have any excuses anymore. We want our money now!

#4 REBUTTAL Owner of company
non-payment

You find non-payment hard to believe do you... I'm just a guy with a truck testing backflow preventers for less fee than the big-boys and I am here to tell you that if you have no insurance they will let you work for them anyway, then not pay you because of no insurance. This is not honest. They want the cheap price, then they do not pay at all. The bigger companies would sue them so they stay away from them, or go ahead and pay them. The reason why they treat the little guy this way is because they know he doesn't have the money to go to court. So, if you are the little guy, look out because you are about to be stepped-on for sure. You are better off not to have anything to do with them because you are NOT going to be paid.

Are you sending your information to the store or to the corporate office. Aside from possibly needing a confirmation signiture when you finish the work from the manager, all other issues and paperwork needs to be filed with their corporate office, the store has no means of paying you.

Non-payment for work performed

In response to your comment. I find it hard to believe that you where not paid unless you completed the job above the predetermined quote that was agreed to prior to you beginning, or your work was so sub-par and that you refused to go back and correct it or complete it. Instead of wining about it... post some before and after pictures of your work so that we can all see the quality of your work so that we can determine what really went happened!
I find it peculiar that no one else has posted a complaint in this nature.
