I bought a steam hair straightener in August of 2017, when I received it I did not like it, it looked as though it had been used. I emailed them and requested they refund my money. They stated I needed to send the item back to them first so I did return it in November 2017. I started emailing them in Novermber , December of 2017 and again January 2018. I emailed them several times for the refund and they will not refund my money of $89.95 they kept it.
