Maitiu Neal asked for a place to stay, agreed to pay a certian amount, moved out abrubtly and now refuses to pay indianapolis Indiana

 A friend of 7 years said his room mates were kicking him out and needed a place to stay for a few days while he got a bus ticket to start a new job out of state. The job fell thru. We told him if he was going to stay here that he cant sleep on the couch anymore and gave him a room and he agreed to pay $50 a week. He moved in the last week of March (2013) and moved out around the first week and a half of May. He paid a total of $200 and owes us $100 for his room, and $50 in gas for transportation. He abruptly moved out because of some issues not pertaining to him. He moved out in good standings, and then over the next week or so sent various txts to make us upset making it sound like he was either not going to pay, or that he tried to pass it off that he didnt owe us the amount agreed upon, and when we responded and asked for clarification he sent back nasty messages and instigated arguments and claims hes not paying because we made him mad.
