It may be too late

AUTHOR: Charles - (U.S.A.)

Normally you have 60 days (about 2 months) to tell your bank that you had an unauthrozied charge on your account after which time I am not sure what you can do from your bank side. But you should contact the Attoney Generals of your state, the company's state, and the BBB about this and file a complain with each.

If you have any materials the company in question sent you be sure to send copies of these with your letters to the previously mentioned departments.
