Majestic images aka Eli Berkowitz aka Eli Allen Flushing New York

 I have been trying to deal with Eli and his many many lies since 2012. He still owes me a refund for his terrible services. After getting the run around about why was unable to get us what we paid for in our contract, we talked to a lawyer and rep from channel 3 on your side. I also started to give him bad reviews on social media. It took all of this this for Eli to finally contact us back and get us our albums. He sent an email saying he was sorry and he knows he was wrong. He told me that I would get 1500 back and everything in the contract on January 2015. But then he once again did a great job avoiding us. After multiple excuses and more lies Eli did show up with a check for 1000 in July but asked me not to cash it for a few days. He said that he was getting a divorce since his wife and assistant were stealing money from him. ( Plays so many pity cards. He has not showed up when he was supposed to meet us multiple times due so many family deaths). I waited and when I finally deposited it and it bounced ! Eli told me he mailed a new certified check at least 5 times and every time it never came. It was always the excuse that his assistants were incompetent and are not mailing his letters. Legally I had to send him a demand letter giving him ten days to make good on a new check, but the address he gave me was not right or he refused to pick it up from the postal service because tracking says it was not able to be delivered. Now, he has blocked me from almost all ways of contacting him. I left 4 messages and have gotten no calls back. I have emailed with the same results. I now have to take more of my time to deal with this crud. Begging everyone to avoid him at all costs!! Please!
