Majestic Visa Credit Card On 2005 received a letter stating that by certain amount of money which is was $22.00 a month to pay the account that I had with Fingerthut after pay off they will give me a credit card with $500.00 credit limit. ripoff Columbus, Georgia Internet

I have been paying since 2005.Supposly this would help me to pay off Fingerhut. 22.00 a month sounded wonderful. I paid them up to February 2007 when I lost my job and apt. everything I owned.
Today trying to find out how much I owed find out of this rip-off. It hurts because I'm still unemployed and with sacrifices I was trying to pay so at least I can have a credit card for any emergency. I have pay them almost a $1,000.00 and I don't know if I still owed that money to Fingerhut.
