Did not now anything about this company except on TV with Mort Crim, then until my parents had the unfortunate experience of having to deal with them. They came to their house to measure for a new bathroom shower install and three times could not get it measured correctly.
Parents tried to tell them they no longer wanted them in their home and wanted their deposit back. Now after parents written request for their deposit, Majic (or Magic) wants to SUE them saying they are stuck in a contract. Don't you think 22 weeks is reasonable amount of time to install a simple shower?!
Now, after doing research on the Web, and seeing other folks problems with Majic Windows, I think there is enough for all of us to start a class action lawsuit against them. They should no longer be able to continue this way in business and get away with this!! They have deceptive practices and they should be brought to justice.
