I ordered the Majic Jack and immediately returned it within the 30 day trail period. I immediately returned the product via usps with a tracking number.

They received the product on 6/16/08 and which they acknowledged and promised at that time a credit back in the amount of $46.90. To this date I have seen nothing like many other people caught in this scam.

The BBB and FTC are as worthless in their enforcement and less help to the consumer than this scam outfit aka Majic Jack.

The more people that contact the Palm Beach BBB and the FTC the better chance we have.
