My wife received a letter from this so called agency stating that she was a winner of $2,633,800.00 That is the exact same amount as seen in another report here. They attempt to make the document look official and legal. However, the language used does not make any sense in many parts. Also they contradict themselves in saying that money will be sent to you and then saying that opportunities for access are guaranteed 100%. Only the opportunity is said to be guaranteed NOT the prize money as they would try to have you believe. The only way to contact them is in writing.

Unlike most companies and/or agencies these days, there is no web site, no phone number listed, nothing but an address. If You cannot contact them, what are they hiding? As mentioned in another report, there are no actual seals or anything else official looking on the letter. They just want that 20 dollars. Get enough people to send in $20.00 and it adds up after a while.
