Promoting their product as "green" and it is made from polyester  (pertroleum base)

Promotoded as "recyclable"...petrolemum base.

Recruiting "housewives" to push their product as a multi-level marketing scheme and then charging them shipping and tax, before they even sell the retail component end of it.

Having restrictions on quantities to be sold to retail establishments (20)...then turn around and put the product into Sephora (which they called a "mom and pop/small potatoes" operation) Really???  3 billion gross sales in 2013...
