*Author of original report: Received item for grandson
Aug 21, 2015 ordered a backpack for my grandson. I ordered a Stampy cat backpack, hid favorite character. I received an email that the order had been received. I checked my credit card and the money was taken. Next day and everyday thereafter I have checked on the maker shop site online to see the status of the order and it is continually listed as unfulfilled. I have called them several times and only get an answering machine. I have emailed customer service and the owner and have received no response. I am very upset. I do not have much money and I wanted to get my grandson something special for school. Now I am out $38.00

After submitting complaint to rip-off spoke to pay pal, forgot originally that I had paid through pay pal. Pay pal got in touch with Maker Shop and I received the backpack today. Apparently Maker Shop is extremely lacking in customer service. It seems like you are getting no where with them, but it is because they never get back to you. I guess you need someone to push them along.
