Hi everyone. lease be careful with anyone offering 70 Battery Park, Unit 210, NY, NY, 10028. The tenant here is Manswi Kashyap and she is a scam. She got jane doe to sign a lease, wire over funds ($3700), and then with her mother began demanding another $10,800 usd, to be wired over or to send money order pictures to them.

The initial contract was agreed upon by both parties, the only requirement was $1800 first month+security deposit of $1800. out of nowhere she also demanded an extra $100 which Jane Doe brushed over and still gave. She then demanded 50/50 for a wall to go up of which costs $1061 and change. Then just 4 days before move in she like a thug began demanding $10,800 more.

She went to wellesley college, and is currently working at Moodys (the credit reporting agency) She is a thief and a scammer and until now has still not refunded any money to the scam victim. Please, please, please be very careful Less
