Manhattan Professional Group - MPG - Tax Club Ripoff Artists Denies Refunds Citing Non-published Refund Policies Excessive Charges New York New York

This company has the same address as the Tax Club. MPG, Manhattan Professional Group, charged me $250 to prepare a loan agreement. I decided to cancel the prepration of the loan agreement before they started. In fact, I never completed the questionaire or mailed it back to them, so work had not yet begun.

When I requested a refund from MPG this was their response:

"MPG has a 3 day right to rescind. You have 3 business days from purchase to cancel for a refund."

At no time was I was ever informed of this 3 day right to rescind verbally, by mail, or by email.
