Mann Bracken LLC started calling me about a month ago. They leave a pre-recorded message which tells you to retrieve your message, call this number. If you actually pick up and wait for the entire pre-recorded message to play, then a representative comes on the line. They do this several times a day. They have no business calling me as I do not owe them anything. Last week I wrote a letter telling them to cease and desist from calling me. Now what they do is call and just hang up and do not leave their stupid pre-recorded message. In the letter I told them that I do not owe them anything and to stop calling.

Look, they are a law firm and have to follow the rules of law firms.
Call the office nearest you. Demand an attorney. There's a list of them on the Frye tell-all site. johnpfryedebtlawyer.blogspot.com
But you could start with Scott Kramer or Chris Diwan. Tell them, plain and straight, you'll file a bar complaint against them.
Forget the account reps and the like. Go straight for a lawyer.
It worked for me. Not only did they knock off a few thousand but I got a letter faxed from Diwan the same day.
They are scared of bar and better business complaints.
File better business complaints on Axiant, their new name if you have to file one.
