Manny Galvao Imported Enterprises Fraud pinellas park Florida

I bought a boat from this guy on Ebay and it was a totally damaged boat. First, I will admit that I purchased the boat without an inspection, which is my fault.  However, Manny made false representations about the boat that made me comfortable about buying it on Ebay such as, the engine only having under 20 hours on the motor and it being under warranty.  It turns out that the boat had been sunk which voids the warranty.  When I confronted Manny (via emai) about he the condition of the engine, he claimed that the cowling had been stolen causing the engine to be covered by sand.  Now, Yamaha is refusing to repair the engine under warranty because of the water damage.  Also, the hull was clearly damaged and and repaired in a shoddy manner.  This guy made total misrepresentations about the boat and engine on Ebay.  He is a total scumbag and should be avoided.
