Manny's Towing Idiot Manny's Predatory Towing, Salt Tasting Swindler, Mr Full Service 24/7 Illegally tows cars off public streets, Does not report Tows to City Houston Tx

Idiot Manuel Perez owner of Manny's Towing TDLR#006507671C believes he can post signs anywhere and Tow people's Cars off Public Streets which he lacks any legal Authority to do so. He does not report these cars he steals to the city in the required 2 hour time frame either.

He also had his friend at the Car Storage lot demand Cash only to release the car when the law dictates they must accept Credit and Debit cards as well. This is probably due to them not reporting the tows to the city and pocketing the money as well as the tows being illegal.

Idiot Manny Perez also advertises online he will do consent tows as well as engages in private property aka non-consent tows and the law dictates the same truck may not do both types. Manny also didn't leave a copy if the Tow ticket at the VSF as the law requires and also lied on the VSF receipt claiming he towed the car off a private priperty when in fact it's a public street.

Even his Tow Signs are illegal by statute and this Swindler wont.
