Manstermed.com - Ccbill.com Charged porn onto my checking account from my debit card, and caused overdraft fees totalling $84+66 Total C California

manstermed.com and ccbill.com used my debit card number to send porn to an email address of richmark44@gmail.com.
Between the two companies, this richmark44 person took out a total of over $84 and that threw my account into overdraft fees of $66.
I want to know how this richmark44 person had my debit card number in the first place, and who is he, where is he, and how and he be stopped.
How can I get my money back? I am living paycheck to paycheck and cannot afford to have things like this happen, and I'm sure nobody else can either.
