I ordered a climbing rope from Map and Compass online with no problem. They charged my credit card and I thought everything was fine. Then they told me they could not ship to my address (military APO) so I requested a refund. They are now taking out cancellation fees and processing fees. They took my money knowing they could not ship to me and now are not giving me a full refund.
