A lien was put on our account due to an installment that was made yet not handled/processed at the main office. All related material was sent to the past inhabitants. When this turned out to be clear MRCM should have corrected it yet they didn't do anything, said it was not their fault it was their lawyers blame so contact them. Even though it was clearly their mix-up and they were responsible for processing the installment. They don't regard property holders as customers. They regard them as income streams that should be quieted if a conflict emerges. They get business by offering cut rate services however at the owner/leaseholder level that leads to exceptionally poor administration.
