On the late 2005 I David Vassallo and my wife Carmelina Vassallo decided to buy a above ground swimming pool, We went to a shop in Gozo the Dolphin pools limited and choose a round one. we bought it and they come to build it. It only lasted one night water was pouring out of it. So they told us that they have a better one but it was over lm 900. We decided to go for it by paying the sum of Lm 100(232.94euros) monthly.
When we bought this one the first thing we asked them if in case of damage if it could be repaired the answer was YES.
On February 2007 the pool just cracked in all 4 corners, we went to the shop and told the salesperson (Denis Muscat) what happened and asked him to repair it ,He phoned Malta (Saviour Dingli) and told him about the problem. The answer was NO it cannot be repaired, but they told us that made arrangements with the astral pools in Spain that will get one for FREE (liner). This was February today is September and I had nothing but lies. I had gone to the shop every weak and every time they have a new excuse .I even told them that I was going to pay for it , Now are telling me that You havent in stock Is it true or another excuse? . We are talking about An Astral pool (Venice) that costs over Lm 900 (2,096.44 euros)!!!!!! .I have asked the sum of Lm 300 (698.81 euros) as a refund but they refused.
So please review my case.

After seeing this report after few weeks i received this e-mail(With regards to the Astral Pool VENICE swimming pool, first of all I would like to explain you exactly the main cause of this delay,... and please accept my excuses!.
Take note that we were informed by Dolphin Pools Limited about the problem with the liner. After that, we started our internal claim process, that consists in analyze the cause of the claim. Once our factory analyzed the cause of the problem, we asked for the replacement part to can send it to you ASAP. Well, then our problems started,... our factory advised us a change in the supplier (just a few months ago!!!), so we could not find a liner for your VENICE swimming pool, manufactured in 2005. The new liner did not fill in the old metallic structure,... A big history!!!
Now, I am glad to can communicate you that we are going to send the replacement requested, liner + a new metallic structure, to Dolphin Pools Limited in some 20 days. We will send it directly from our company in Italy. As I say to you, we could not find it in Spain.
I hope you understand this unfortunate situation, and once again accept our excuses,) But the 20 days have passed and i am still without it, but i received the sum of Lm200(euros465.87) from the dolphin pools malta,and i apologize with them because now i know they were doing the best that they could,the real trouble was coming from the astral pools.
