Ripoff Report is an excellent tool for making note of poor business practices.  However, this site is also quick to protect the initiating author by not requiring a name or contact information which is a poor, heavily weighted and discriminating business practice by Rip Off Report.  Given that there is no legitimate name associated with this complaint, we can only assume it to be bogus as we have not recently had any customers contact us with discrepancies of which were within our control. 

We at Stone on Demand work hard to achieve an outstanding reputation within our community.  As a small, one-stop-shop business we cater to the area, whether it’s the homeowner who is looking for a Do-It-Yourself project or an executive builder looking for a specialty product.  “Responsive”, “Detail Oriented”, “Fair” and “Customer Focused” have been used to describe us by our client and our extensive list of return clients also displays our  approach in business practices.

I would encourage the "anonymous" author of this report to provide us the ethical courtesy and contact us via phone or in person if they feel they have not been treated fairly as it is our mission to provide the utmost service to our clients.
