I WORKED IN PRODUCTION FOR OVER A YEAR AT MARCTETRO.COM. I CAME TO WORK ON TIME AND DID MY WORK. ALMOST EVERYDAY, MARC TETRO MADE RACIST REMARKS ABOUT ME; MY SOUTH AMERICAN HERITAGE AND MY ACCENT.

TIM SUTTON VERBALLY ABUSED ME SO MUCH THAT I BEGAN TO TAPE HIM. I HAVE HIM ON TAPE CALLING ME NAMES. I FILED A CASE IN US DISTRICT COURT SOUTHERN DISTRICT LAST YEAR.

I WOULD STAY AWAY FROM HIM AND HIS BUSINESS. MARC TETRO HATES HISPANICS.
