I WORKED IN THE PRODUCTION AREA FOR OVER A YEAR. I CAME ON TIME AND DID MY WORK. I IGNORED THE RACIST COMMENTS OF BOTH MARC TETRO AND TIM SUTTON. ONE DAY, LAST YEAR, I WAS TOLD BY MARC TETRO THAT HE DIDN'T LIKE MY EQUADORIAN ACCENT AND HE WAS FIRING ME.

I FILED A CASE IN COURT AND SINCE I TAPED THE INTERECTION, I AM WAITNG FOR THE DEPOSITION AND FOR HIM TO LIE.
