Marc Tetro marctetro.com Tim Sutton I ordered several cosmetic cases from marctetro.com web site.After 2 weeks, when the items didn’t arrive, I left a phone message and email. I never got a response. i contacted the Better Business Bureau of NY. They did not get a response either. NY New York

Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Tim Sutton should stick to his Garbage company in the South. He has a lot of bad reviews there. They did not refund the money; respond to emails and phone messages from me or the Better Business Bureau. I had to file a police report and am now waiting for my credit card to do an investigation. Real scammers.

The BBB Has ZERO POWER!

The BBB is NOT part of ANY government body and is NOT part of ANY law enforcement authority. You didn't know that, did you? As such, the BBB had ZERO POWER to do anything and this merchant knows that!
The ONLY purpose of the BBB is to SELL their PHONY accreditations and PHONY ratings to any business which wants to buy the garbage and hide behind a smoke screen. The BBB goes to GREAT DECEPTION to try to make people think they have some sort of official powers or authority when they absolutely do not!
