Marcel Thornton uses the internet radio station WMAR-FM as a tool to con and scam listeners of their hard earn money promoting an "Offline" party that never happened. Paid $300 via Paypal and still haven't been able to get refunded for the cancelled party.

Avoid any business with this guy -- he portrays himself as an honest radio DJ, but in fact is just another con-artist looking to make an easy buck.

And guess what?! No the station is SHUT DOWN!

BEWARE...BEWARE...BEWARE!
