Ammar ordered pallets from our company in Whittier CA.

Pallets were ordered by employee Sarkis on 9/12 and delivered 9/13 Invoice was to be paid by credit card upon receipt. upon my follow up there was never again any response or answer from anyone in the company. Emailed Ammar on 1/9/2019 and he responded that payment would be mailed 1/17/2019. No payment received as of today and cannot communicate via email any longer.
